Karla Hill​ , MSHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Chief Deputy Director of HR Department of Planning has lead the HR function for the city of Philadelphia for the last 28 years. Currently, Karla serves as Deputy Director of Human Resources for the City of Philadelphia-Department of Planning and Development. Karla is an adjunct professor at Eastern University. Kim Dotson-Brown, MBA, SHRM-SCP, MBTI is an Executive Coach, an adjunct professor at The Lincoln University and a new member of MWC’s executive coaching team. Kimberly offers 20+ years of leadership experience in Accounting, Legal Operations and Human Resources. She spent her entire corporate career working for The Vanguard Group. While at Vanguard, Kimberly led a diverse range of individuals ranging from entry level employees to c level leaders. She also led technical specialists and soft skill trainers. In addition, Kimberly’s roles required her to work directly with the senior level executives of the firm. At one point in her career, Kimberly served as a chief of staff for the organization’s general counsel. Towards the latter part of her corporate career, Kimberly led the organization’s global MBA leadership development program for high potential employees. As the program manager for the MBA rotational program, Kimberly was responsible for creating attraction, recruiting, training, career development and retention strategies. Keith Donnell​, MBA, CFP, President & Founder of ModernWealthConcepts, LLC & MWC Executive Services Group has more than 30 years of experience working directly with individuals and families as their personal financial counselor. He is a frequent speaker and educator on various topics in personal financial management. Keith began his financial services career in 1987 as a Senior Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch & Company in the greater Philadelphia area where he spent seven years.
