The US Census, Urban League of Philadelphia , African-American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ, and DE, Rho Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, and the Chi Omega Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated invite you to Making Sense of the Census: Southwest Philadelphia Edition. We invite elected officials, ward leaders, committee people, block captains, business owners, and anyone in Philadelphia that want to help #MakeBlackCount in 2020 and beyond.

The purpose of the webinar is to educate, empower, and mobilize citizens to complete the 2020 Census. The virtual webinar will discuss:

1. Understanding which specific Southwest Philly neighborhood that has a severely low Census completion rate
2. Dispel the myths and remind people of the importance of the Census
3. Hear from ordinary citizens regarding how the Census impacts their business, work, and way of life
4. Learn strategies to mobilize your community to complete the Census, block by block
