General Purpose:
The Buildings Manager will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the Cobbs Creek Golf Campus facilities, including the TGR Learning Lab, Driving Range Building, Restaurant, Clubhouse, Golf House, Cart Barn, and Maintenance Building. This role ensures that all physical assets and systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning optimally, and that the campus maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
Essential Duties:
Education/Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent in facilities management, building systems, or a related field. Three to five years of experience in facilities management, including supervision of personnel and vendor management.
Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, and sits; uses hands and arms; occasionally lifts 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Works indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Exposure to moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, and occasional fumes.
Certificates/Licenses:
Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other building systems preferred.
